Craig came into the Functional Fitness scene in 2019 after almost a decade in and out of weighlifting, powerlifting, and classic strength & conditioning modalities.
It wasn't until this point that he discovered the true meaning of intensity in training, and realised that he wanted to become instrumental in helping other people discover its benefits.
He strongly believes that there is no one whose life cannot be improved and extended through better movement delivered by dedicated, passionate coaches.
